EM³ Law is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Mohan and Kimberly B. Greaves have joined the firm as Partners, significantly strengthening the firm’s nationally recognized healthcare practice and marking Atlanta as a key hub for continued growth in the sector.

Together, Kimberly and Dan bring over six decades of combined experience advising healthcare providers, investors, and organizations on complex transactional, regulatory, and strategic matters. Their addition reflects EM³ Law’s commitment to expanding its healthcare capabilities in one of the nation’s most dynamic healthcare markets.

Their partnership at EM³ Law also marks a meaningful full-circle moment. Dan and Kimberly first practiced together at Morris, Manning & Martin (now Taft), where Dan served as Kimberly’s supervising partner and mentor as she began her legal career in 1999. Over the next seven years, they developed a trusted professional partnership grounded in collaboration, practical problem-solving, and a shared commitment to client service. Now reunited at EM³ Law, they bring clients not only deep healthcare experience, but also the benefit of a long-standing working relationship and proven teamwork developed over decades in the industry.
