NAMWOLF ANNUAL MEETING 2025

A Strong EM³ Presence

EM³ Law was proud to send a robust delegation to this year’s meeting, with many team members joining in to participate in panels, sessions, and networking events throughout the week. Our growing presence reflects EM³’s ongoing commitment to the NAMWOLF mission and to fostering meaningful, long-term partnerships within this exceptional community of firms and corporate counsel.

EM³ Law was honored to participate and contribute to this year’s event in multiple ways.

Thought Leadership in Action

Managing Partner, Michelle Skinner, Chair of EM³’s Litigation Department, served as a panelist for a CLE program on Schedule A litigation, sharing her expertise during an engaging discussion on the origins and evolution of this tool for combating counterfeit goods in online marketplaces. The panel examined how courts address key issues at each stage of these cases and explored the future of IP enforcement in today’s rapidly expanding digital economy. Drawing from her extensive experience litigating trademark and intellectual property disputes, Michelle provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing rights holders in protecting their brands.

Managing Partner, Susan Macaulay, helped organize the first annual Big Deals panel, showcasing the cutting-edge transactional work being done by NAMWOLF firms.

Championing Inclusion and the Next Generation

EM³ Law was proud to sponsor the Joel Stern Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Pipeline Scholarship, an initiative that helps open doors for the next generation of diverse legal talent. The program provides financial support to second- and third-year African American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, LGBT, and female law students who contribute to the diversity of their law school communities as they pursue their legal careers. Supporting this scholarship reflects EM³’s enduring commitment to equity, representation, and the future of our profession.

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape how we work, NAMWOLF’s annual gathering served as an inspiring reminder that innovation and inclusion must evolve together.
